Mansard Court is located in Brownsea Road, Sandbanks; the perfect location for a lovely family holiday in a tasteful resort only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Easy travelling distance from the hustle and bustle of nearby Bournemouth and Poole town centre. Sandbanks caters well for tourists and has a superb sandy beach. The apartment is an established holiday property and is carefully furnished to provide all mod cons whilst remaining uncluttered and comfortable. The apartment has one large double bedroom and a good size twin room. The lounge/diner offers ample seating for relaxing and dining also with a enclosed balcony (windows can be opened). Off road parking is included (strictly for one car).On road parking is subject to a charge during the peak season which runs from 1 March to 31 October each year. The parking tariff is charged between 8am and 6pm at £1.50 per hour and then after four hours an all-day rate of £10 applies. There are no charges after 6pm at any time of the year and it remains free to park between November and February all day too. Complimentary WIFI and x1 cot and x1 highchair stored at the property, additional available at a surcharge.

This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. Please note – this accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only – we do not accept hen/stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups. Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £225.00 is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.
