This apartment, which is situated on the first floor, sleeps 2 persons and is fully self contained. It is accessed through a private entrance via large sun balcony. It provides guests with a spacious lounge/bedroom. The first half of the property provides comfortable seating, colour television and an electric fire; perfect for relaxing after a long day. The second half of the property offers guests a matching bedroom suite where you can find a lovely double bed(5ft). The separate dining/kitchen area comes fully equipped with fully fitted units, including an electric oven/hob, full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster etc. There is also an exquisite separate bathroom, offering guests all the essentials to make sure that guests are ready for the day ahead. Complimentary WIFI.
Comfortable, adult only accommodation. The property itself stands in a peaceful walled garden where guests are welcome to make use of the garden furniture provided. Dating from 1891, the Coach House started as a stable and carriage house serving local horse drawn conveyances. In the Thirties the main house was extended to accommodate a thriving ballet school. In 1977 it was converted into self-catering holiday apartments, fully equipped for short breaks on the South Coast. Private parking is available within the grounds. The owners are pleased to offer their guests a discounted rate of £6 ppp day for use of The Hallmark Hotel’s swimming pool and Leisure Club, which is located diagonally opposite to The Coach House.
This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. Please note – this accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only – we do not accept hen/stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups.
Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £150.00 is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.
