Separate shower room and separate WC.

The property itself stands in a peaceful walled garden where guests are welcome to make use of the garden furniture provided. Dating from 1891, it started as a stable and carriage house serving local horse drawn conveyances. In the Thirties the main house was extended to accommodate a thriving ballet school. In 1977 it was converted into self-catering holiday apartments perfectly equipped for short breaks on the South Coast. Private parking is available within the grounds. Complimentary WIFI. The owners are pleased to offer their guests the discounted rate of £6 ppp day for use of The Hallmark Hotel’s swimming pool and Leisure Club, which is located diagonally opposite to The Coach House.

This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. Please note – this accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only – we do not accept hen/stag parties and it is at the owner’s discretion to accept groups
