One of the rooms is located in the basement (underground level) and the other on the 1st floor. There are also three bath/shower rooms with luxurious rainfall shower heads and a separate WC.

The lower ground floor hosts one of the zip bed rooms which has an en-suite shower room and plenty of storage space, this room is ideal for the children or couples who want some privacy. There is also a small laundry (with a washing machine) and storage cupboard . The ground floor hosts a double bedroom with large patio doors which offer views of the front garden, a separate W.C. and the stunning open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes all the mod cons, NEFF electric double oven, dishwasher, wine cooler, induction hob, ipod docking station and is a great space for entertaining, especially in the summer months where the space can be opened up to the elements by opening the patio doors to the patio/garden area. Good sized garden with a large wooden table & chairs included.

The first floor accommodates the lounge with 50″ flat-screen television (DVD’s left by the owners for guests to enjoy in the evenings), comfortable seating area and access to a balcony area overlooking Alum Chine beach with great partial sea views. Complimentary WIFI (subject to availability from the internet service provider). At the rear of the first floor is the other zip bed room and a shower room. The top floor is home to the ‘master suite’, the bedroom has impressive high ceilings and access to private balcony with breathtaking partial sea views; a prime location for having a cup of tea in the mornings or glass of wine in the evenings. Located on the other side of the landing, this floor has a “walk through” wardrobe/dressing area which takes you through to the master bathroom. Relax in the large corner bath or make use of the separate rainfall shower and also “his & hers” sinks.

There is underfloor heating throughout and air re-circulation. Unrestricted on road parking. Pure cotton sheets and plump, fluffy towels are included. This deluxe family holiday home will allow you to relax and enjoy your holiday and make you want to return year after year!
