GENERAL RULES: No pets allowed. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Non-smokers only. No overnight guests allowed. Shared housework on common areas and facilities. Quiet time from 22:00hrs. Minimum stay 6 months. Termination notice 3 months.
OTHER: Contents insurance is not included. Security deposit amount from 1 month to 5 weeks based on references/individual agreement (Normally 1 month’s rent). Payment of security deposit + 1 month’s rent is required to start agreement. Reservation of room in advance is possible through a holding deposit of 1 week. (Tenant Fees Act 2019)
