Impressive three bedroom townhouse – two doubles and one twin – situated in a prime location with stunning sea views from all rooms in the house and private beach access. Complimentary WIFI. One off road parking space and unrestricted on road parking is available. Boat parking available at a surcharge. Sleeps 6 persons.

This three bedroom town house is a stylish and quirky space offering great accommodation for a family holiday. The entrance to the building is via a staircase to the front of the house which overlooks Salterns Marina (Rates) and the boatyard. You are welcomed via the kitchen into the open plan living/dining area. Plenty of seating to relax in the evenings after a busy time exploring the area. The patio doors off the lounge open onto the patio/decking area, outdoor furniture is positioned to maximise the sea views and there is a side gate with access to a private beach (shared with the neighbours and hotel at the end of the road).

The second floor offers the best views in the house with the twin room facing the Marina and a master bedroom facing the beach, both have balconies to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning and glass of wine in the evenings! These rooms are segregated by the bathroom (includes separate bath, separate shower cubicle), you can even enjoy your favourite television show whilst relaxing in the tub!

The ground floor has a garage space which includes pool table and table tennis for guest use. To the rear is the location of the third bedroom which is a great hideaway with en-suite shower room (please note this room is suitable for adults only). Also with access to the patio and BBQ area at the rear of the property. Off road parking for one car and unrestricted on road parking nearby. Pure cotton sheets and plump, fluffy towels are included. Complimentary WIFI. Cots and highchairs available at a surcharge.

July 2017 ***Please note the property has recently undergone an attic extension with two additional bedrooms and bathroom, currently the bedrooms have no furniture but guests have use of the bathroom and can make the most of the amazing views!***

This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and PETS are considered (surcharge applies – please enquire with a member of staff). Please note – this accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only – we do not accept hen/stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups.

Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.
